Created by the legendary nose Dominique Ropion, Y Eau de Parfum is built around a fougère structure, among the most widespread families in men's fragrances, contrasted with fresh citrus and aromatic notes followed by more sensual woody notes. A new take on the fougère, Y represents two key elements in the Y men's wardrobe – the classic white T-shirt and the iconic black jacket.
The top of the fragrance is fresh, an acidic and explosive duo of bergamot and ginger. A freshness contrasted and emphasized by a fruity, gourmand and crunchy green apple. Sage and juniper combined with mint create a powerful masculinity, made even more powerful by an elegant duo of geranium essence and absolute that create freshness and contrast. The base of the fragrance is more intense, more sensual, more masculine with the addition of amber wood which reinforces the mysterious depth of frankincense and Tonka bean.
