In September 2012, Prada presents its new men's fragrance, which takes the name of the sailing boat and its Luna Rossa team, which participates in the America's Cup races.
This eau de toilette draws inspiration from the world of extreme sailing, prestige, marine nature and the passion for innovation and victory.
The composition, created by perfumer Daniela Andrier, develops around the main note of lavender. The intensity and freshness of the chords are emphasized by the use of classical notes in new and innovative ways. Such notes include bitter orange absolute, clary sage and mint, and ambrette and ambroxan absolute.
The bottle design, inspired by modern sailing, is signed by Yves Behar.
