Issey Miyake always uses very particular, rare and uncommon raw materials, with the aim of creating perfumes that evoke the sense of timeless freedom and serenity.
Eau d'Issey Pour Homme was created in 1994 by perfumer Jacques Cavallier, with the aim of becoming a universal eau de toilette perfect for any occasion, a lively, masculine and elegant perfume, inspired by mountain water, by its strength and the feeling of freshness it gives.
L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme is a woody-aquatic, citrusy and spicy fragrance, which opens with top notes of yuzu and bergamot, lemon and tarragon. The heart is spicy and woody: nutmeg and water lily are an exciting and unexpected accord in this composition. The final notes leave an intensely woody trail, enriched by tobacco, sandalwood, cedar, vetiver and musk.
